Formerly the Thunder Bay Young Professionals Network (YPN), SHIFT is Thunder Bay’s home for young-minded professionals who wish to cultivate social and professional networks and engage themselves in the community.
The core purpose of SHIFT is to bring together motivated, ambitious, and committed peers in a welcoming and progressive environment to help in both personal and professional development. We believe that our success as individuals is tied to the success and health of others and of the community as a whole. We recognize that individuals bring unique strengths, expressed in unique ways, and we actively encourage and support our members to develop their individual capacities to their fullest.
